Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all astrology consultations and pooja services booked with Shree Venkateswara Astro Solutions.
1. Talk to Consultation Refund Policy
- If a client is not satisfied, they must inform us within 2 to 3 minutes during the consultation itself.
- In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
- No refund requests will be accepted after the consultation has ended.
2. Pooja Booking Cancellation Policy
- Pooja bookings can be cancelled within 3 hours of booking.
- Cancellations after 3 hours are not eligible for a refund as preparations begin immediately.
3. Refund Processing Time
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Completed consultations
- Delayed cancellation requests
- Services affected due to incorrect details provided by the client
